What is the definition of mental abuse/ harassment in the workplace and what laws are there?
Sunday, April 26th, 2009just me asked:
Are there any laws to protect someone from being mentally abused in the workplace. Examples of abuse: name calling to their face and behind their back, throwing things at someone as they walk by even it is something that person asked for, refusing to speak to that person, excluding/ignoring that person, spontaneously getting mad and refusing to speak to that person for no apparent reason, talking about that person causing others to view and exclude that person. Would these be examples of mental abuse in the workplace?
